Your choice of one, two or three pairs, all in your selected sole style and heel-lift height. Each pair contains two inserts. Shoes and socks are not included.
Place one insert inside each shoe, black fabric up and raised end at the heel. Full Sole extends heel to toe and can be trimmed at the thin toe; Half Sole sits beneath your heel and arch. Keep the raised heel intact and choose secure shoes with enough depth. Walk indoors first and stop if you feel pain, numbness, rubbing or instability. Do not stack inserts.
ANOTHER WAY TO WEAR YOUR LIFT
Try our Hidden Height Boosters: soft silicone sleeves that stay on your heels beneath your socks, even after your shoes come off.
Coverage depends on sock thickness, color and fit.

Choose a full-length insole with a 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0 inch heel. Your own shoe adds its usual sole height; the insert adds a lift inside it.
The tallest insert has a nominal 2.0" heel height. Total-lift examples include shoes and are compared with barefoot height. Actual standing gain varies with compression, footwear, posture and fit.

WHY IT WORKS

The black fabric surface runs from heel to toe, like an ordinary insole. The raised heel stays inside a suitable shoe. Nothing wraps around your foot.

Three heel heights: 1.0", 1.5" and 2.0". Start lower if this is your first time wearing a heel lift.

A black fabric top covers the whole footbed. Trim the thin toe area a little at a time to match your shoe, without cutting the raised heel.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS
Start with the lowest lift and a roomy, secure shoe. Adjust the toe length only if needed; a comfortable fit matters more than choosing the tallest option.
Compare with your existing removable insole, keeping the heels aligned. Only remove a footbed designed to come out; do not pull out a fixed lining.
If needed, follow the molded toe guides and remove a small amount at a time. Keep the raised heel and arch intact. Test the fit before cutting more.
Place one insole in each shoe, heel at the back and toe flat at the front. Never stack. Wear your socks normally and try a short indoor walk; stop for slipping, pressure or discomfort.

WHY IT WORKS

The insert sits beneath your socked heel inside a secure shoe. No sleeve to pull on, and nothing wrapped around your foot.

Three heel heights: 1.0", 1.5" and 2.0". Start lower if this is your first time wearing a heel lift.

A textured fabric top, memory-foam wedge and tapered front. The half-length shape leaves the toe area open.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS
Choose a shoe with enough heel depth. A secure, comfortable fit matters more than choosing the tallest option.
Start with the 1.0-inch option if you are new to heel lifts. Use the same height in both shoes.
Black fabric up. Thick rounded end at the heel, thin tapered end pointing toward the toes. Use one insert per shoe; never stack.
Wear your socks normally and walk indoors first. Your heel should stay secure without slipping, rubbing or feeling squeezed.
PICK THE RIGHT START
The best height is the one that feels stable in your shoe, not automatically the tallest one.
The lowest insert and the least extra heel room required.
A middle-height option for shoes that have more space.
The tallest option requires the most heel depth. Check that your heel stays securely inside the shoe.
With-shoes examples assume a shoe that adds about 1". Actual gain varies with compression, footwear and fit.

“I started with the lowest lift and tried them around the house first. A roomier pair of sneakers made more sense than my tight shoes.”
Alex M.First-time wearer

“I liked keeping the same boots and adding the lift inside. Checking the heel room before heading out was the most useful part of the guide.”
Daniel R.Everyday boots

“I wanted something I could move between suitable shoes.”
Jordan T.Simple routine

“I preferred the smaller lift in my everyday pair. The higher one needed more space, so I would choose the height around the shoe rather than the other way around.”

GOOD TO KNOW
The fit, the lift and what comes in your order.

Full Sole runs from heel to toe and has a thin toe section you can trim to fit. Half Sole is a compact heel-and-arch insert that leaves the front of the shoe uncovered. Both sit inside your shoes and offer the same three heel heights. Choose the shape that fits your shoe, then choose your lift above.
No. Both Full Sole and Half Sole are foam inserts that stay inside your shoes. Wear your socks normally. It does not wrap around your heel and it does not stay on your foot when you remove your shoes. Our Premium Hidden Height Boosters are the separate silicone under-sock version.
Heel height is the nominal height of the insert: 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0 inches. The total-lift examples add approximately 1" from a suitable shoe and compare that with barefoot height, not with wearing the same shoe alone. The maximum heel insert itself is 2.0", not 3.0". Compression, shoe construction, posture and fit affect your actual standing gain.
Select one, two or three pairs above. Each pair contains two inserts, and every pair selected on this page uses the same sole style and height. The two-pair and three-pair discounts apply automatically in cart and checkout. Savings compare with the current single-pair price. Other product or order discounts do not stack. Bundle availability depends on stock.
The supplier lists EU 35-45 compatibility, but shoe size alone does not guarantee fit. The Full Sole has a trimmable toe; the Half Sole is a shorter heel-and-arch insert. Check that the insert lies flat, your heel remains secure inside the shoe and your foot is not squeezed. Roomy, closed-back sneakers and boots are better starting points than tight, shallow, backless or very low-cut footwear. The 2.0-inch option needs the most room.
The Full Sole can be trimmed at the thin forefoot, a little at a time. The Half Sole has no full-length toe section; do not cut its raised heel or arch. Use your existing removable insole as a guide, align the heels and follow the molded toe guides. Keep the raised heel and arch intact. Check the fit after each small cut: the insole should lie flat without curling or bunching. If your shoe has a fixed lining, do not tear it out. Trimming changes the length, not the heel height or the amount of room your shoe has.
If you are new to heel lifts, start with the 1.0-inch option. Choose a lower height if the larger one makes your heel slip or the shoe feel unstable. Try a short indoor walk before heading out, and stop if you experience pain, numbness, rubbing or instability.
One, two or three pairs of your selected Full Sole or Half Sole, in your selected height. Each pair includes two inserts. Shoes, socks and other styling items in the photographs are not included.
No. Place one inside each shoe, fabric side up, raised rounded end at the heel and thin end pointing toward the toes. The Full Sole extends to the toes; the Half Sole supports the heel and arch. Your socked foot sits on top. Do not stack inserts or combine them with other heel lifts.
Keep the inserts and the inside of your shoes clean and dry. Air them out between wears. Avoid soaking, machine washing and direct heat; follow any care directions supplied with your pair.
