What comes with my bed?
One large grey cat cave with ears, a removable soft cushion and an attached hanging pompom. Choose two beds and you get two complete caves, each with a cushion. Cats and other items shown in the photos are not included.
Will my cat fit comfortably?
It is suitable for cats of any breed if the size is right for them. The outside measures about 15.7 inches each way; the padded interior is smaller. Compare it with your cat’s usual sleeping space and leave room for them to enter, turn around and get out easily. See the fit guide.

Cats of any breed can use it if the fit is right. The plush walls and cushion make the inside smaller than the outside measurements. Compare it with the space your cat uses when curled up.

Is the cushion included?
Yes. Every bed comes with one removable grey cushion.
Is it heated?
No. It has no heating element or electrical parts. The plush sides and covered shape give your cat a snug indoor bed. Please keep it away from heaters, fireplaces and open flames.
Can I machine-wash it?
Please follow the care label that comes with your bed. Machine washing has not been confirmed for this item. Remove fur regularly, gently spot-clean with a mild pet-safe cleaner, and let it air-dry completely before use.
What if my cat needs a little time?
That is okay. Try a quiet, familiar spot with the entrance open and a familiar scent nearby. Give them time to investigate rather than forcing them inside. Some cats naturally prefer open beds.
How does the two-bed offer work?

Is the hanging pompom safe for unsupervised play?
Please supervise play and check the pompom, cord and seams regularly. If your cat chews the cord or a part becomes loose, stop use and contact us. Do not leave loose pieces within reach.
Is it only for certain cat breeds?
No, breed does not determine the fit. Check the 15.7-inch outside dimensions against your cat’s usual sleeping space. The padded interior is smaller, so make sure your cat can enter, turn around and leave easily.
