No. You receive unframed canvas, without stretcher bars, a frame or hanging hardware. Any frame shown is a styling example. You can choose your own frame after checking the exact canvas dimensions.

Choose a clear, well-lit original photo with faces visible and a little space around everyone. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, sunglasses covering the eyes or very blurry pictures. JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB.

Yes. Upload one photo with the people or pets you want in your portrait. We work from that photo. Combining people from separate pictures or adding new people is not included in this offer.

Yes. Choose two or three prints, then upload a photo and select a size for each one. Each print keeps its own design details in the order.

Yes. Choose a style and upload your photo on this page, then select See my cartoon. Generation starts right away. You can inspect your own design before choosing to save it or continue to checkout.

Each portrait is different. The examples show the general cartoon look, not an identical guaranteed result. Clear photos help preserve recognizable details. Colors and fine details can look slightly different on a screen and on printed canvas.

This page collects notes about your photo, not a guaranteed printed-text layout. If you need a name, date, special layout or another change beyond the photo, please contact us before ordering.

21 × 30 cm is a small personal keepsake; 30 × 40 cm is a versatile everyday size; 40 × 50 cm gives your faces more space; 50 × 70 cm makes a bigger feature. Inches on the page are approximate. Check the centimeter measurements when buying a frame.

Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–8 days, as agreed with our supplier, after complete personalization details are received. Your portrait is made to order. Incomplete or unclear photos can delay preparation. You receive tracking after dispatch. Contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive gift.

Check your original photo, generated design, white margin and size before approving. If you change your photo or size before checkout, make and approve a matching preview. After payment, contact us quickly with your order number; changes may not be possible once production starts.
