What comes in the box?
One complete cross stretching stick per unit, in your chosen color. The two rods are connected at the center. Choose two to receive two complete sticks, not two loose rods. Styling props are not included.
Will it crack my back?
You may hear a pop as you move, or you may not. The aim is a comfortable stretch, not a sound. Never force a crack, jerk or sharply twist your spine, or let someone push on the stick. It is not a medical treatment.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Before your first stretch.
Is this a posture brace or a medical device?
No. It is a handheld stretching accessory, not a wearable posture brace, medical device or chiropractic treatment. We do not promise spinal realignment, a permanent posture change or pain relief.
Can I force a deeper stretch with it?
Please do not. Avoid forceful pressure, jerking, twisting or using another person to push you further. Do not stand on it, hang from it or put your body weight onto it.
Will the length work for me?
The supplier lists the rods at approximately 31.5 in / 80 cm. They rotate at the center but are not listed as telescoping. Comfort depends on your body proportions and mobility. If you cannot position it comfortably, do not force the fit.
Can I mix colors in the two-stick offer?
Yes. Select 2 sticks, then tap the photo card for each stick and choose its color. Choose matching colors or mix them. The page checks stock for the complete selection before checkout.
