GOOD THINGS TO KNOW
A few little answers.
Before you choose.
What exactly is included?
One grey heated fleece mat, one approx. 3.9 ft adjustable-control USB cable and an English instruction manual. A USB power adapter or power bank is not included.
How do I use it?
Lay the mat flat on a suitable seat, connect it to a compatible regulated 5V / 2A USB source, and use the controller to select a low heat setting and timer. Follow the included manual.
How do I care for it?
Unplug and follow the supplied care instructions. The care instructions specify hand washing, not machine washing. Do not reconnect until fully dry.
Is it cordless?
No. This mat needs USB power while heating. It has no built-in battery. Use the specified 5V / 2A source and supplied cable.
Can I use it in the car?
The product details list car-seat use with a compatible 5V / 2A USB supply. Check your vehicle and seat instructions first, keep cables clear of seat mechanisms and controls, and adjust it only when parked.
Can I sleep on it?
It is intended for awake, attended use. Do not sleep on it, fold it while powered, or use it if the cable or mat is damaged. Stop if it feels too hot.
Is this a treatment for back pain?
No. It is an everyday comfort product, not a medical treatment. People with reduced heat sensation should seek appropriate advice before using heated products.
How do the two- and three-item offers work?
Choose two eligible items and save $2 per item with TL14DUO, or three or more and save $3 per item with TL14TRIO. Choosing a bundle prepares its code for checkout. These offers apply to the October 14 New Finds selection only, and do not combine with other discounts. You can mix available options. Prices vary by selected option.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–8 days, as confirmed for this product. We email tracking after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date for a special occasion. Delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
