YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A little help.
For you and your cat.
Is this a GPS tracker or an Apple AirTag?
It is a third-party Bluetooth finder for Apple Find My, not an Apple AirTag or GPS tracker. Nearby Apple devices can report its location. Updates depend on the network and may be delayed or unavailable; it does not provide a live route or instant escape alarm, and cannot guarantee pet recovery.
Can I make it ring?
Yes. Play its built-in sound through Find My when the tag can connect nearby. Distance, walls and the holder affect connection and how clearly you hear it.
Will it work with my phone?
Use Apple Find My on an iPhone or iPad with an Apple ID. The product manual lists iOS/iPadOS 14.5 or later. This model does not work with Android.
Do I need a collar and holder?
You need a compatible collar and holder to attach the tag. If you already have them, buy just the tag. Otherwise, select the optional $14.99 breakaway collar + holder on this page. Check a comfortable fit and keep the breakaway buckle clear.
What battery does it use?
A replaceable CR2025 coin cell is included. Check battery status in Find My and follow the manual when replacing it. Keep the battery cover secure and loose batteries away from pets and children.
Can it get wet?
Keep it dry and remove it for bathing. This listing does not have a verified waterproof rating.
Should my cat still have a microchip?
Yes. Keep their microchip contact details up to date. A finder tag is an extra way to look, not a replacement for permanent identification.
How do the bundles work?
Choose one finder tag for $17.99, two for $31.98, or three for $44.97. Mix Black and White. Collars are optional: add one $14.99 collar + holder for each selected tag if you need them. One tag with a collar totals $32.98; two of each total $61.96; three of each total $89.94. The tag-bundle saving is prepared for checkout using WAYHOMEDUO or WAYHOMETRIO and applies only to tags.
How does free shipping work?
U.S. finder-tag shipping is free at $30 in merchandise after discounts. One tag plus one $14.99 collar qualifies, as do two tags with the duo saving. The collar itself has free U.S. shipping. Other products may have their own rates; checkout confirms the final total.
When will it arrive?
We email tracking after dispatch. If you choose a tag and collar, they are separate items in one order and may arrive in separate parcels. Please contact us if you need your order for a particular date.
What if I need a hand?
We love the little ones you love. Contact TENLOVE with your order number and we will help with setup or your order. Our refund policy explains returns and refunds.
