Is it a real rose?
It is a decorative artificial crystal rose with a metal stem, not a living or preserved natural flower. The faceted bud is designed to catch the light. It does not need water.
Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Yes. Choose two or three roses, then pick a color and finish for each. Every rose has its own gift box. Two roses save $4 total; three save $9 compared with buying singles. This page adds ROSEDUO for two roses or ROSETRIO for three when you choose Buy Now or Add to bag. These rose-only codes give the bundle prices at checkout. Other product/order promotions do not stack.
Does it come ready to give?
Each rose comes in its own small gift box with a white insert and ribbon. Add your own personal note for an extra little touch. We do not currently print gift messages or offer engraving. Packaging details may vary slightly.
How should I display and care for it?
Lie it flat on a stable indoor surface or keep it in its gift box. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, impacts and bending the stem. A fragile decorative keepsake, not a toy; keep away from small children and pets.
Will it arrive for my special day?

Can I get a full refund?
Yes. If you are not happy with your order, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. No return is required. We refund the amount paid for the affected item or order to the original payment method.
