Wash before first use and leave space below the lid. Fit and close the lid securely, keep upright and check drinking temperature carefully before sipping. The display is a guide, not a safety guarantee or a heating function.
How do I care for it?
Hand-wash the cup. Gently wipe the display lid; do not immerse its electronics or put it in a dishwasher. Do not microwave. Let parts dry and follow the instructions supplied with the mug.
Does it heat the drink?
No. This is an insulated mug with a lid display, not an electric kettle or a self-heating cup.
How long does it keep drinks warm?
A verified retention test is not available for this exact offer, so we do not promise a set number of hours. Starting temperature, weather and lid opening all affect it.
