Do you really ship it to my door?
Yes. We ship the lampshade to the U.S. delivery address you enter at checkout, with free standard shipping. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.
How can you ship an item this size?
The shade is 36 cm (about 14.2 inches) across, with a hanging height of 43 cm (about 16.9 inches). These measurements describe the shade, not its shipping box. Your order contains the decorative shade only; the bulb, cord and light kit are not included. We ship it to your delivery address with free standard U.S. shipping.
What exactly is included in my order?
One decorative lampshade in your selected Chrome, Gold or Antique finish. A bulb, cord and light kit are not included. The room furnishings and other styling accessories shown in images are not supplied.
What if it is not right for my room?
Contact TENLOVE with your order number and the email address used at checkout to request a refund. We confirm your request and refund the amount actually paid for the affected item to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long the refund takes to appear.

How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping for this lampshade is free. Applicable checkout taxes are calculated at checkout. A mixed cart can include separate shipping charges for other products; review the final checkout total before paying.
Will it fit my existing pendant?
Check your pendant before ordering. The shade needs a compatible shade holder, suitable support and enough ceiling clearance. The holder-opening measurement has not been confirmed, so we cannot promise a fit for every light. Ask the person fitting it to check the holder size and available drop.
How does the shade attach?
The supplier’s instructions describe a shade-ring fitting: switch off the electricity supply, remove the existing shade ring, place the shade on a compatible lampholder and secure it with the ring. Fit the correct bulb last and follow the stated limits. Check your fitting first; the opening measurement has not been confirmed.
Are the beads glass crystal?
The clear faceted beads are acrylic (plastic), with a metal frame. They give a crystal-style appearance. This lampshade is not sold as glass or K9 crystal.
Which finish should I choose?
Chrome gives a silver-tone accent; Gold has a warmer metallic look; Antique has a darker, aged-tone appearance. Choose a finish to complement your existing hardware or the objects you love. The finish selector shows the options available to order.
Which bulb can I use?
The supplier specifies a maximum of 6 W for an LED bulb or 28 W for a halogen bulb. Use the lower limit if your existing fitting allows less. Follow that fitting’s bulb type, clearance and safety instructions. No bulb is supplied.
How should I care for the shade?
Switch off the electricity supply to the light and let the bulb cool before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth, support the frame and handle the hanging strands with care. Avoid abrasive cleaners, immersion and pulling on the bead strands.
Does it need electrical installation?
The shade has no supplied electrical components. How it attaches depends on your existing fitting. Follow the instructions for that fitting, and have a qualified person confirm compatibility and installation if you are unsure.
What does Planned regular price mean?
